Building works and systems in one programme
In a fit-out, the finishes, equipment and building systems depend on each other. Before work starts we define the scope, the sequence of works and who is responsible for what. Where design is needed, we bring in partners. Changes are assessed together with their effect on cost and schedule.
A full building service that continues after the building work is finished
We organise maintenance of the building's systems, repairs and day-to-day technical issues. Working with partners, we extend the offer to fire safety systems, audio and video solutions, security and cleaning.
