We help organise the security service your site needs, bringing in specialist partners. Security can be included in an overall building service proposal or requested on its own.
Technical and manned security
Together with the partner, we establish the need for intruder alarms, CCTV, access control and manned security. The availability of specific systems and services is confirmed in the partner's proposal. Where monitoring or response is required, the terms and responsibilities are set out in the service contract.
Inclusion in a fit-out
If premises are being built or altered, the location and connections of the security systems are agreed before the finishes are completed. We define who provides the equipment, cabling, configuration and any user training required.
Agreeing the day-to-day arrangements
At the start of the service, the contact persons, access procedure, system maintenance and communication in the event of an incident are confirmed. The proposal distinguishes ITTU's coordination from the security partner's operational duties.
