We organise the involvement of architectural and building systems design partners in building and fit-out projects. We help define the needs and tie the design brief in with the planned building works and systems.
Architecture and technical solutions
Based on the brief, we agree the design packages and specialists required. Building systems solutions are coordinated with the layout of the building and the premises. The specific composition of the design and the approvals required are confirmed by the design partner.
The brief comes before the solution
We gather information about the site, its use, the result you want and the budget. We define the design stages, the documentation to be delivered and the decisions the client has to make. Surveys and investigations are included as needed.
The link to construction
If ITTU is also involved in delivery, we assess buildability and the sequence of works during design. The responsibilities of the designer and the building contractor are kept clearly defined.
