Water supply installation and pipework renewal
We install, upgrade and repair water supply systems in buildings. We adapt the water supply to a new floor layout, sanitary facilities and equipment connections. You can request the full scope of work or the replacement of a specific section of pipework.
From pipework to connections
Before work starts we confirm the existing and planned connection points, the pipework routes and the valves and fittings required. We coordinate the installation with the sewerage, finishing and equipment installation works. Testing and documentation are defined for the specific scope of work.
Work in an existing building
Water supply interruptions and access to services are agreed with the site representative. Where pipework runs behind finishes or inside the structure, we agree the extent of opening-up and making good before work begins.
Keeping the system in order
Inspections of the water supply system and the organisation of repairs can be included in a technical maintenance contract. For one-off faults, we first establish the situation and the access required.

Are external connections automatically included?
No. The boundaries between the building's internal system, external networks and connections are agreed separately once the design has been reviewed.
