Technical maintenance of buildings to a defined plan

ITTU provides technical maintenance of building systems, routine maintenance work and the organisation of repairs. The maintenance plan is built around the specific building's equipment, its condition and how the building is used. The frequency and content of the work are set out in the contract.

Technical maintenance of buildings to a defined plan

Which systems we maintain

Cooling and air conditioning systems.
Ventilation systems and their equipment.
Heating systems.
Electrical installations, within the scope set out in the contract.
Water supply and sewerage systems.

The maintenance specification for each system lists the equipment, the planned work, its frequency and the records to be handed over. Specialist inspections, materials, spare parts and equipment replacement are explicitly included in or excluded from the price.

Planned maintenance and repairs requested separately

During planned maintenance we record the work done within the agreed scope and any defects found. If a repair is needed, we agree its scope, cost and terms of delivery. Fault reporting and urgent work follow a separate procedure.

A work history you can refer back to

We agree how information about the site, the work carried out and future recommendations is kept. The report format and how often you receive it are set out in the contract terms. If the proposal includes client access to a digital system, we explain what it offers separately.

How to start

Send us the site address, an equipment list or your current maintenance specification. If no such list exists, describe the building and its systems. We will confirm what kind of survey is needed to prepare a proposal.

A work history you can refer back to

The technician records every maintenance visit, call-out and repair against the specific site — with time, work content and outcome. These records build the monthly work report and the site's technical history, which you can refer back to years later.

The report format and how often you receive it are set out in the contract terms. If the proposal includes client access to a digital system, we explain what it offers separately.

Do you maintain systems that ITTU did not install?

Yes, you can request maintenance of systems installed by other companies. Before we agree terms, we assess the equipment, the documentation and what work is feasible.

Does the service contract cover all repairs?

Whether repairs, materials, spare parts and urgent call-outs are included depends on the terms of the specific contract.
