We install and renew heating systems in buildings, matching the work to the design, the floor layout and the existing connections. You can request a new system, the replacement of a single section or the reconfiguration of heating during a refit.
The scope of work for your site
The proposal defines the work on pipework, heat emitters, valves and fittings, and the equipment specified. Before installation we confirm connection points, the order of work and the interfaces with other systems. Where a new technical solution is needed, we bring in design partners.
Shutdowns and heating-season constraints
In an existing building, heating work also affects other users of the system. That is why we agree shutdowns, access and working hours in advance. Whether work is feasible during the heating season depends on the specific scope and the conditions on site.
Maintenance and repairs after handover
Heating systems can be included in the building's technical maintenance contract. It sets out the routine work, how identified defects are reported and the procedure for repairs ordered separately.
