Fire safety systems with specialist partners
We organise the installation, alteration and maintenance of fire safety systems, bringing in a partner suited to the specific system. The service can be part of a fit-out project or of the building's regular maintenance plan.
A solution to suit the site
We start by establishing how the building is used, what systems are already in place and what work is needed. In a fit-out, for example, the fire detection and alarm system may have to be adapted. Work on fire suppression, smoke control or other specialist systems is included only after checking the partner's competence and the design.
Installation alongside the rest of the project
We coordinate the partner's programme and technical connections with the building works and the other building systems. Before work starts we define who is responsible for design, installation, testing and documentation.
Maintenance and documentation
The content and frequency of maintenance depend on the requirements of the specific system and the partner's proposal. We agree access, work records and the procedure for remedying any defects found.
