Electrical installation and renewal
We carry out electrical work in new and existing buildings. In retail and office fit-outs we tie the power supply and lighting in with the floor layout, the workstations and the equipment requirements. For existing sites, you can request alterations to the installation, work on individual circuits or the repair of faulty sections.

Power supply, lighting and connections
Based on the design, the scope of work covers the installation or replacement of cable routes, wiring, sockets, switches, lighting and distribution equipment. Equipment connections are coordinated with the respective system suppliers. The testing and handover documentation required are set out in the proposal.
If the building stays in operation
We establish how shutdowns will affect the premises, equipment and other users. The work is planned in an agreed sequence, specifying which zones and systems will be available at each stage. Any need for additional capacity or a change to the supply connection is assessed separately.
Electrical work within a wider building project
Electrical work can be ordered on its own or together with a fit-out, ventilation, cooling and other systems. Security, fire safety and audio/video solutions are delivered through our partners' scope of work.

Do you also rework existing installations?
Yes. For an initial assessment we need a description of the work, a floor plan and whatever information is available about the existing system.
