What data we process

The contact details entered in the request forms (name, e-mail, phone, company), the site address, the description of the request and any attached files, as well as technical data (IP address, time of submission) for security and to prevent misuse.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and organise the work (conclusion and performance of a contract; legitimate interests). We do not send marketing messages without separate consent.

Retention and recipients

Requests are sent to ITTU's e-mail and kept for as long as is needed to assess the enquiry and perform the contract. The technical copy in the website system is deleted after 90 days. We use hosting and e-mail service providers (Cloudflare, Resend, Microsoft), which act as data processors.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, and to object to processing, by writing to ittu@ittu.lv. You may lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija).

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only the technical mechanisms strictly necessary for the site to work and stay secure are used. If analytics are added in future, we will say so on this page.
