Building systems for new and existing buildings
We install, upgrade and repair building systems. We take on both single-system and multi-system work, tying it in with the floor layout, the building works and how the building is used. Where design is needed, we organise it with our partners.

MoreSystems have to be planned with the rest of the site
Before work starts we settle the location of equipment, the connections, access for maintenance and the sequence of works. Where several contractors are working on the site, we agree the boundaries between their work. We pay particular attention to places where systems work affects finishes or other equipment.
From installation to maintenance
On completion we hand over the documentation for the agreed scope and discuss future maintenance. For existing systems, you can also request a separate technical maintenance proposal.
