What we include in the scope of work
Based on the design and the chosen solution, we agree the installation or replacement of equipment, the system pipework, the required connections and the handover works. We clarify who provides the equipment, the power supply, the controls and the reinstatement of finishes. We bring in design partners where the solution still has to be developed.
Renewing an existing system
We start with information about the existing equipment, the problem and how the premises are used. Before any alteration we review the available documentation, maintenance access and the shutdowns that will be needed. The scope of equipment replacement is defined together with the associated connection works.
Maintenance of cooling systems
Ongoing maintenance and performance checks can be included in a technical maintenance contract. The content of the work depends on the type of system, the manufacturer's requirements and how the site is used.

What should I send for an initial assessment?
A floor plan or the floor area, the type of use, the models of the existing equipment and photos, plus a brief description of what you need. If you do not know the models, start with photos.
