Private house construction from idea to completion
We build private houses, tying the building works in with the building systems. You can start with a completed design, or with an idea and information about the plot. Where design is needed, we organise it with our partners.
First we define the scope
We agree which parts of the building, finishing works and systems are included in the order. We separate the building works from site preparation, external connections, landscaping and equipment where these are not included. That makes the proposal easy to compare and the decisions clear.
Systems planned in good time
Heating, ventilation, cooling, electrical, water supply and sewerage solutions are tied in with the design. We confirm equipment locations, connections and maintenance access before the relevant building works are completed.
Budget and construction stages
The proposal is prepared on the basis of how far the design has progressed and the materials chosen. Where some solutions are still undecided, we clearly separate assumptions from the agreed scope. An Open Book model can be agreed for cost accounting.
