ITTU brings together building works, building systems installation and technical maintenance. That lets us think about how the premises and the building will be used from the very start of a project — from the location of equipment to access for future maintenance.

How we work
We start with the client's need and the situation on site. We agree the boundaries of the work, who is responsible and the terms of delivery. Changes are agreed as the project progresses, and once the work is finished we document what was done and the next steps required.
Team and partners
ITTU's core work is complemented by design and specialist service partners. Depending on the site, we bring in fire safety, audio/video, security and cleaning solutions. We always make clear to the client who is responsible for each service.
