Ventilation system installation and renewal
We install ventilation systems in new premises and alter them in existing buildings. The scope of work is matched to how the premises are used, the design and what the existing systems can do. If an office is being replanned or a shop refitted, we assess the ventilation solution together with the new floor plan.

Equipment, ductwork and floor layout
The work can include installing or replacing ventilation units, and installing or relocating ductwork and air distribution components. We coordinate the space above the ceiling, access for maintenance and the connections to other systems. The balancing and testing required are defined in the project scope.
Alterations in a building that stays in use
Before work begins we agree access to the premises, limits on dust and noise, and the times when the system can be shut down. We tie the stages of work in with the rest of the refurbishment, so that opened-up structures and finishes can be made good in an agreed order.
Ongoing maintenance
The content of routine maintenance depends on the equipment, the condition of the system and how the site is used. The proposal specifies the scope of inspections, filters and other necessary work; the inclusion of materials is stated separately.

Can you modify an existing ventilation system?
Yes. We start by assessing the existing system against the new floor layout. Where needed, we bring in a design partner.
