ITTU carries out commercial fit-outs, building alterations and renovation works. We also offer private house construction, facade renovation and roof repairs. Building works can be combined with the installation of building systems and ongoing maintenance of the building.

If the documentation is ready, we assess the scope of work and your preferred schedule. If design is needed, we bring in partners and agree the stages of work. In a Design & Build arrangement, we tie the design organisation and the building works together in one process.
Costs and changes
The proposal states the works included and the assumptions made. Changes are agreed after assessing their effect on cost and schedule. For projects that call for open cost accounting, an Open Book model can be agreed.
